07.09.08 Wreck with Entrapment Old RR Bed & Toney Road

TVFD was dispatched to a two car wreck with confirmed entrapment and a total of possibly five patients.  Harvest Fire was requested for additional EMS support.  Upon arrival one car was found on its side, it's top resting up against a utility pole with one patient entrapped.  Rescue personnel quickly secured the vehicle, cut the windshield and extricated the patient.  Passengers in the other vehicle were treated also.  HEMSI transported two to the hospital.   

07.05.08 MVA on Old RXR Bed Road

Toney Fire was dispatched to a wreck with possible entrapment. Upon arrival units found only one person with negative injuries and negative entrapment. Cause of the accident is under investigation.

07.03.08  MVA at Old RXR Bed and Toney Rd.

Toney was dispatched to a wreck with possible entrapment and ejection. Upon arrival crews found negative entrapment or ejection. HEMSI arrived on the scene and two patients were transported to Hunstville Hospital. Cause of the wreck is still under investigation.

06.26.08 MVA at Ready Section Rd. and Old R.R. Bed Rd

Toney VFD responded to a two vehicle wreck with possible injuries.  Both vehicles suffered heavy damage, but thankfully no one was injured. 

06.24.08 MVA with possible entrapment Hwy. 53 & Jeff Rd.

Toney Fire and Rescue assisted Harvest VFD for a wreck with possible entrapment at Highway 53 and Jeff Rd. about mid-day.  Harvest fire reported negative entrapment, but kept Toney in route for traffic control, which was very heavy at the time.

06.08.08 Wreck with injuries on Pulaski Pike

TVFD was dispatched to a wreck with possible entrapment on Pulaski Pike.  First units on scene advised negative entrapment with only minor injuries. Patient was transported to Huntsville Hospital by HEMSI. Cause of accident is still under investigation.
